Construction Management
In Construction Management, the owner selects the construction manager and architect/engineer, early in the project conception phase. The Construction manager assists the owner and architect/engineer in establishing the project scope of work, project cost, project schedule, and constructability issues with how the project is put together. The owner contracts with the Construction Manager as an agent or as a “contractor at risk” for the total project cost.
