Pro/Prost Joint Venture, a Service-Disabled Veteran Enterprise, the Prost/Prost crews completely renovated and remodeled the kitchen, and the morgue received a new cooler and all new patient lifts for the VA Hospital in Columbia. The Pandemic Warehouse also was a new addition to the hospital and was built for the hospital’s storage needs. The unique challenge to this important project was building a weather-tight enclosure around the entire warehouse. The Pro/Prost crews removed and raised the roof to accommodate a new mezzanine for expanded storage space inside the original warehouse footprint.
