Prost Builders became involved in this project for a 55 and older resident complex before the design was completed to provide Guaranteed Maximum Pricing and Value Engineering suggestions. Each one-bedroom apartment has phone jacks, cable TV wiring, an emergency pull cord, a ceiling fan in each bedroom, and a kitchen with a microwave oven, electric stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
