Job Description
- Managing a multi-million dollar project in a professional manner by getting all team players working together to successful project completion.
- Completing projects on budget or below budget.
- Completing projects on schedule.
- Completing projects to total client satisfaction.
- Creating a safe workplace for all workers at the site.
- Coordinate all work activities with the Construction Project Manager.
- Prepare two-week look ahead schedules that support the project schedule.
- Monitor the Quality Control of all scope of work.
- Prepare documentation as needed; daily reports, change orders, time & material documentation, material procurement, inspections and reports.
- Have a good knowledge of concrete and carpentry trades so Prost self-perform crews are productive.
Position Requirements
- Five years experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
- Fifteen years experience in Commercial Construction.
- Construction Management/Technology degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Procore and scheduling software preferred.

Salary
- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications (annual salary range $70,000–$100,000).
