With nearly 20 years of construction experience, Tommy Perry brings a strong combination of hands-on field knowledge and project management expertise to Prost Builders. He began his career in the Carpenters Union directly out of high school, progressing from apprentice to journeyman carpenter and traveling foreman while gaining extensive experience in commercial construction. After transitioning into project management, Tommy managed concrete construction and wastewater infrastructure projects before joining Prost Builders, where he quickly advanced from Project Coordinator to Assistant Project Manager. Today, he helps manage multiple commercial projects ranging from $5 million to $20 million, coordinating closely with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and field personnel. Tommy believes successful projects come down to taking ownership, communicating early, anticipating challenges, and solving problems before they find you.
