The project consisted of an approximately 38,850 square foot facility to host the Utility Technician program. The main area of the building consists of approximately 1,912 sq. ft of broadband lab classroom space, approximately 2,370 sq. ft. of learning commons space, and an approximately 25,520 square feet indoor utility lab. The remaining space is allocated for mechanical, restroom, and storage areas.
