This unique, pre-engineered steel building has 35-foot high eave. The height is so that utility tools could be installed in the middle of the building for students studying and training to be utility technicians who must be able to climb the utility poles inside the facility. Classrooms and offices surround the large, open operational area for equipment used to service the utility pole equipment.
