This building exemplified a recent trend in Missouri to consolidate state agencies which service the public. This facility includes offices, medical clinic, dental clinic, conference rooms, a beautiful reception area, and even a convenience store. This Design-Build-Lease project and accompanying 500 space parking lot were constructed in less than one year after only a few months of design.
