This 30,000 square foot historic building built in 1898 was renovated into a class “A” office space. The adaptive reuse and renovation required extensive care to restore the ornamental sheet metal work and masonry exterior. Walnut shells were used to blast clean the huge interior wood columns and beams used to support the floors. Attention to detail was required to paint portions of the exterior to bring out the beautiful ornate metal and wood artwork. Today, the building provides a unique office space for its tenants.
