This project consists of the adaptive reuse and renovation of the historic Marquette Hotel. This 55,000 square foot hotel was renovated into offices for the State of Missouri and private entities. Careful attention was necessary to preserve the building’s natural beauty and history. This hotel was an important building for cape Girardeau and was saved from demolition through the restoration. Governor Bob Holden and the town of Cape Girardeau were very pleased with the finished product and the restoration of this iconic building.
