This 212,000 square foot “high cube” with a forty-foot-high roof began in March 2003 with Phase One completed in December 2003. Phase Two updates were completed in June 2004. This fast-paced project consisted of an expansion from a 178,200 square foot distribution, warehouse and office facility. Renovations and upgrades were done to the existing building to accommodate new conveyor, pick modules and racking systems.
